DJ Dazy is a Los Angeles-based house DJ rooted in vinyl, with a sound centered on jackin’, funky and deep house. She began DJing in 1991, coming up through the West Coast house scene of the ’90s and early 2000s and often finding herself one of the few women behind the decks. She later founded Sister DJs, a female DJ collective focused on creating more opportunities and visibility for women in the scene.
