DJ Dazy is a Los Angeles-based house DJ rooted in vinyl, with a sound centered on jackin’, funky and deep house. With 30+ years behind the decks, she brings an instinctive feel for reading the room, building energy and keeping the dance floor moving.
The STORY
With more than three decades behind the decks, Dazy’s style is driven by groove, basslines and an instinctive ability to read a dance floor. Her sets build naturally, moving between deeper cuts and more energetic, jackin’ house while keeping the groove at the center.
After stepping away from DJing for a period, Dazy returned to the decks in 2024, bringing her vinyl roots into a modern digital setup. Since then, she has been actively playing across Los Angeles and beyond, reconnecting with the house community and sharing lineups with respected artists from both the classic and current scenes.
Whether playing vinyl or digital, Dazy draws from decades of record collecting and dance floor experience. Her sets move through deep, funky and jackin’ house, classic cuts and occasional disco influences, with an emphasis on groove, energy and reading the room.
